Add Robotics tag and metadata

This PR adds standard Robotics metadata and base model information:
- Added 'Robotics' to tags
- Set pipeline_tag to 'robotics'
- Added 'smolvla' as base_model
These changes help improve discoverability and provide better model lineage information.
