The Beta 7 i think so fars the best model with/witout lora iv seen in between more than 100+ model and lora iv been tested
i cant wait until the regular version released,
im sure you are working to make it perfect
in my upnion only a bit motion make it awesome
and one morething, you may build 2 seprate model for FL2VA and Ref2VA to make your job easier becuase i know its very hard to
making something to cover both casuing lot of headache and issue

This is technically an all-around fusion of fl2va and ref, building 2 models would basically be two different versions. This one is more hybrid than the usual hybrids. If I can clean the omni timestep up or figure out desparsing it or reducing whatever VSA element can cause flickering on dense sampling, it is an alternative adaln to both base models that seems to just do better imo.

why is there so much noise in beta7? I find this very consistent when beta5 had none. steps don't seem to matter.
8 and 12 steps BAD noise in the background

(I have only tried bf16 beta7)

@ssjenforcer191 if you're using the linked workflow there is a node that adds noise, you can change the value to 0.

The motion and quality are great but I keep getting plastic looking skin with high sheen effect. Anyone else experience that? I am using the reference simple workflow.

If you get an overcooking look might be a lora, too many steps or denoise in the second pass, or just a specific prompt that promotes it. enabling the https://civitai.red/models/2851079/h3-eros-max Lora that is already loaded in the loader node helps precisely with that. Also adding a bit of post process cinematic grain in the control can help reducing the plastic skin look

nope, happens at 8 steps and 12 steps. i don't use loras. using reference images, the noise is not typical 'noise' it is big blotches in the video that animate and move around throughout. NOT present in beta 6 and certainly not beta 5.

This is mentioned many times and results from not using VSA or and sparse attention. The model has to run 90% sparse especially with reference it's architecturally embedded in it.
