Add support for ParakeetV3, iPhone18, A19 and A19 Pro

Starting from 1.7.11, a versioned config file will be used to config models to prevent backword incompatible changes. config-05.json introduced parakeet v3 models and added support for iPhone18 and the new A19/A19 Pro chip
Also added iPhone18 and the new A19/A19 Pro to the existing config.json to add support for newer iPhone for older models.
