Black screen and crash when generation reaches 100%

on rtx 2060 6gb i get a crash, black screen and sometimes the screen resolution turns to the minimum, is there a reason for this and what settings do i need to do to make it work?
i5 14500 + 16 gb + 5060 same black screen how to fix it ? flux1-dev-bnb-nf4-v2.safetensors version
